Cooked turkey slices
2 tblspn OJ concentrate
2 medium onions, chopped
6 shallots, sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
5 heads of garlic
2 cups dry white wine

Wrap the garlic heads in aluminum foil. Back 1 hour 15 minutes at 375 °F. At the end of the baking separate the cloves and pulverize them in a food processor using the sharp mixing blade. Push the resulting mixture through a strainer. Add the white wine. Reduce by half and add the OJ concentrate.
Sauté the onions, shallots, and mushrooms. Add to the garlic sauce.
In an oven safe casserole dish make layers of sauce, turkey, mushrooms, and cheese, ending with a layer of cheese on top. Bake at 325 °F for 40 minutes, or until hot clear through.
